I recently learned that the movie “Focus” sparked the first flame inside him.

I hate to admit it made me scared.

Maybe the caps, the tonality, or how it was presented made me scared.

I don’t know. But I do know it was enough to make me take action.

I cut out every piece of music with terrible words.

I started to talk more positively to and about myself.

And to my surprise?

I actually started to become happier, I could see the reactions in the people around me.

I seemed to radiate this joy that no one else had.

And it was all down to the simple concept of cutting out a few songs, and negative self talk.

“RUBIROSA JR”, this random account online, CHANGED MY LIFE with a single tweet.

Like any sane person would do, I ventured further into his account.

Every night, he would share concepts that were completely new to everyone.

From eating Turmeric to combat depression (apparently more effective than Prozac)

To purposely using incrroect spelling so more people would pay attention to the sentence.

This guy EXUDED mastery of the human mind.

So when he started talking about programming? I had to listen…

What he says makes perfect sense:

If you can SPEAK & THINK your way INTO “depression” and “anxiety”

Then it would make perfect sense that

You can SPEAK & THINK your way OUT OF “depression” and “anxiety”

I mean, how can you argue with that?

And it goes deeper…

Your subconscious mind is nothing but a dumb computer.

You input something, and it outputs what you tell it to.

If you tell yourself “I’m a loser unworthy of JOY”

It will sinply take this command, and make you a loser unworthy of joy.

There’s no disagreement.

Your subconscious mind isn’t some caring parent that guides you.

It’s there to listen, and act on what it’s heard.

So if you want to control your reality...

Ie: Your depressive and anxious state.

You NEED to control what your subconscious mind hears.

Everything controllable in your environment?

Should be tailored towards your subconscious mind seeing and hearing the correct things in order for you to head FULL SPEED towards your objectives.

There’s actually a COMPLETELY FREE way of doing this:

Every Morning, Evening and Night, say present tense affirmations to yourself.

“I am filled with joy”

“I don’t feel depressed”

“I radiate passion”

Whatever your goals are? Base the above types of affirmations on them.

You should do them for around 20 minutes at a time, and structure them so they align perfectly with every area that’s important to a fulfilling life.

It helps to say these affirmations to yourself, and then have a seductive female voice on top of that to really cement them in your subconscious mind.

And if you can as well?

Add in some sort of anchor, like a song, or a chant you listen to.

Just something that really gets you focused, and IN THE ZONE.

Once you do all of this?

After a few weeks of trial and error, you figure out what works and what doesn’t…

THEN results will appear IMMEDIATELY

I know what you’re thinking

“This Sounds like an Awful Amount of Work"

Even I, someone who knows the full importance of affirmations would find this incredibly BORING to do.
